These tickets are sold by Craft Media Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 85 622 316 214) who is responsible for the Event. Craft Media Australia Pty Ltd is an Australian Private Company operating in Australia. The following conditions are both of sale (including any resale or subsequent assignment), entry and attendance at the Event.
 

  1. Customer(s), Patron(s), Visitor(s),’You’ and ‘your’ refers to the customer. ‘We’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘Wood Dust’ and ‘Festival Management’ refers to Craft Media Australia Pty Ltd its employees, contractors, volunteers and authorised persons. This agreement means these terms and conditions and any other conditions specified by us on our website and booking forms.

Ticketing

  1. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON ANY TICKET to the Timber and Tools Marketplace or Yarns at the Q will be given under any circumstances including inclement weather events. This is an all-weather event. No refunds will be made if you choose not to attend due to inclement weather.
  2. We reserve the right to charge a fee for the replacement of lost, destroyed or stolen tickets. Please treat your ticket as you would money or other valuables.
  3. Pre-purchased tickets are available online only and will be sent via email. Tickets may be printed or stored digitally on your smartphone wallet or passbook. Ticket confirmation emails are not valid for entry.
  4. A Wood Dust Event ticket is a single day ticket for the use of one person, once only and cannot be shared.
  5. There will be no refund on any unused portion of tickets if you or your invitees are asked or forced to leave or if you decide not to attend any part of the Event.

Exhibitors and Venue

  1. We reserve the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute exhibitors and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Event for any reason. In the event of the cancellation in advance of the Event, we will provide a refund less an amount to cover the cost of ticketing.
  3. We reserve the right at any time, to change the venue of the Event. In the event of a change in venue, we will publish details on the Wood Dust website.

Entry

  1. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the Festival Management and the venue’s terms of admission, copies of which are available from Festival Management on request.
  2. Wristbands will be attached at the gate and must be worn at all times for the duration of the Event. Once a wristband is removed it becomes void. Stretched or damaged wristbands will not be replaced or accepted as valid and we reserve the right to refuse entry to the festival or eject you from the site. Failure to observe the rules regarding Wristbands may result in you being ejected from the festival. Wristbands are applicable to Yarns at the Q.
  3. If entering the Event as a Concession ticket holder or Individual 12 years and under, ID to prove legal age must be shown at the Festival entrance, if required or on demand.
  4. Any individual 12 years and under cannot enter except in company with a responsible adult.
  5. It may be a condition of entry to the Event that a search of your person and/or your possessions and motor vehicles is required at the time of entry to the venue. GLASS, ALCOHOL, WEAPONS, ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES or any item the Event organisers consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner may be confiscated. Refusal to consent to a search WILL prevent entry to the Event, without refund.
  6. Entry is at own risk and the right to refuse entry is reserved. The promoter or venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering on the site – to the extent allowed by the law. All bags/containers will be subject to a full search. The festival is licensed – don’t bring alcohol with you – any prohibited items found will be confiscated and not returned.
  7. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased through an authorised point of sale. Do not share your ticket barcode as this may prevent entry.

Liability

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability of any nature for the Exhibitor’s, omissions or default of those providing services in connection with the Event or any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expenses which are incurred at or in association with this Event. Where legislation implies any condition or warranty which cannot be excluded or modified, that condition or warranty will be deemed to be included in this agreement. However, our liability for any breach of such condition or warranty will be limited, at our option, to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary or special damages.
  2. Admission is at the ticket holders own risk. You acknowledge that neither we nor the venue will be responsible for any loss or damage to property (including personal property such as bags, money or other personal items) brought to or purchased at the Event by you or your invitees.
  3. You will be liable for any loss or damage caused at the Event by you or your invitees.

Conduct

  1. You must ensure that you and your invitees act in an orderly manner when attending the Event. We may refuse entry or evict you or any of your invitees if they are behaving in an intoxicated, disorderly, offensive, threatening or inappropriate manner, towards any person.
  2. The Event is open to all ages. Children under the age of 12 years that attend the Event must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children who behave in a disorderly, disruptive or inappropriate manner may at the sole discretion of the Event organisers be required to leave.

Alcohol, smoking, illegal substances and glass

  1. The car park and general display areas are ALCOHOL FREE ZONES under the terms of the festival organisers liquor licence. Any alcohol consumed in these areas will cause immediate eviction and cancellation of your ticket and/or wristband.
  2. The whole venue is a GLASS FREE ZONE and no glass shall be brought into any part of the venue including the car park. Please do not bring glass into the Event, broken glass and festivals do not mix, consider your fellow humans feet.
  3. THE FESTIVAL CRAFT BEER AREA IS LICENSED. Any patron wishing to consume alcohol must have photographic ID. We reserve the right to evict patrons who disobey or break Responsible Service of alcohol legislation and the law.
  4. Anyone found supplying or buying alcohol for a minor will be evicted from the Event and will face criminal charges.
  5. Anyone found supplying or consuming illicit drugs will be evicted from the premises and face criminal charges.
  6. Certain areas within the Event venue may be smoke free zones. Smoking will not be permitted within the confines of these specific areas at the venue.
  7. Sealed plastic water bottles are permitted to be brought into the Event. The contents of any opened plastic water bottles will not be permitted into the venue.

Privacy

  1. In order to purchase your ticket, we may need to collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, credit card or payment details, telephone number and the names of all ticket allocations. We may also need to disclose your personal information as required by law or as permitted under the Privacy Act.

Trading

  1. Trading signs or other signs are not permitted without prior consent of the Wood Dust Festival Management. No ticket holder shall be entitled to do any trading without the written consent of the Festival Management.
  2. Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion whether commercial or non-commercial without prior written consent of the Event Management.

General

  1. Footwear must be worn at all times on the site.
  2. Animals are not permitted, except in accordance with legislation.
  3. Fires and fireworks are not permitted.
  4. This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
  5. Any breach of any of these terms and conditions will entitle the Event organisers to evict the ticket holder from the venue and confiscate any ticket or wristband, without refund.

Environment and Community

  1. Craft Media Australia Pty Ltd cares for the environment and community. Please be respectful and place any litter in the recycle or other bins provided around the venue. Be waste and water wise – thank you.
  2. Please respect the venue and neighbours and do not create excessive noise or litter while travelling to and from the Event.

Camping

  1. Camping is available at Bungendore Showgrounds during the Festival. Please see Wood Dust Camping Terms and Conditions and Camping FAQ for further information.

Masterclass Terms & Conditions

  1. Customer(s), Patron(s), Visitor(s),’You’ and ‘your’ refers to the customer. ‘We’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘Wood Dust’, ‘Exhibitors’ and ‘Festival Management’ refers to Craft Media Australia Pty Ltd its employees, contractors, agents, volunteers and authorised persons. This agreement means these terms and conditions and any other conditions specified by us on our website and booking forms.

Ticketing

  1. One Day Masterclasses and Short Course Masterclasses Tickets must be paid in full on purchase. No part payments will be accepted.
  2. Three Day Masterclass Tickets offer a 2 part payment plan. Deposit Payment, $485.00 on booking. Balance Payment, $1000.00 due 60 days (18th August 2018) before the commencement of the Three Day Masterclass. Failure to pay the Balance Payment on the due date in full will result in the cancellation of your ticket and forfeit of your Deposit Payment.   3. All bookings and ticket purchases are non-transferable and may not be sold or transferred by you.
  4. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON ANY TICKET to the Wood Dust Masterclasses will be given under any circumstances related to inclement weather events. This is an all-weather event. No refunds will be made if you choose not to attend due to inclement weather.
  5. One Day Masterclasses and Short Course Masterclasses will incur a $75.00 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days before the commencement of the masterclass. If cancelled less than 30 days before commencement, the One Day Masterclasses and Short Course Masterclasses will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  6. Three Day Masterclasses will forfeit their deposit or will incur a $485.00 fee if cancelled more than 30 Days (17th September 2018) before commencement of the class. If cancelled less than 30 days before commencement, the One Day Masterclasses and Short Course Masterclasses will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  7. Telephone and Email Cancellations for refunds will not be accepted. Refund cancellation correspondence must be completed in writing.
  8. If you cancel within 30 days of commencement of any masterclass, no refund or transfer of the money to another masterclass is allowed under any circumstances.
  9. There will be no refund on any unused portion of tickets if you are asked or forced to leave or if you decide not to attend any part of the masterclass.
  10. If you cancel any masterclass and are eligible for a refund, the refundable money will be paid by 31 October 2018, 10 days from the completion of the Wood Dust Festival.

Ticket Terms & Conditions

for Customers, Patrons and Visitors

 

Timber and Tool Marketplace – General Admission

The Timber and Tool Marketplace tickets may be used on either of the two days of the marketplace. The Timber and Tool Marketplace tickets are single use only for the use of one person, once, and cannot be shared. If you wish to return to the marketplace for a second day, you may buy a discounted ticket at the event main gate (conditions apply see below) or pay full price online via the Wood Dust website.

Adult Tickets

Festival Adult tickets start at the age of 13 and we welcome any age.

Concession Tickets

Concession tickets are available to individuals with an Australian government issued Seniors Card, Australian government issued Pension Card or Student Card from a recognised Australian education provider. If you nominate to purchase a Concession ticket you will be required to present the relevant Concession card(s) when entering the festival. Remember to take your valid proof of Concession with you to the event.

Individuals 12 Years and Under

Individuals under 12 years or under at the time of the festival may have free entry to the Wood Dust Timber and Tool Marketplace only. Available to individuals with acceptable proof of age documentation. Eg. Birth certificate or passport. You may be asked to present it when entering. Children 12 and under have to be in the supervision of a Responsible Adult. Individuals under 12 will not gain entry by themselves and will be asked to leave if found by themselves. Other Wood Dust Festival events including Yarns at the Q and all Masterclasses at Dunstone Design DO NOT offer free entry to individuals under 12.

Second Day Tickets to the Timber and Tool Marketplace

Second Day tickets are available to the Timber and Tool Marketplace from the Main Gate on Sunday the 21 October 2018. Second Day tickets will be offered at a discounted price, visit our Program page to learn more. To qualify for a discounted Second Day ticket, applicants MUST present their first day ticket and be wearing their first day Passout Wristband. Stretched or damaged wristbands will not be accepted. Individuals may only purchase 1 second day ticket each.

Craft Beer Bar

Adult and Concession tickets give you access to the Wood Dust Craft Beer Bar where you can purchase drinks straight over the counter. Wood Dust Craft Beer Bar is strictly for 18+ only – no children or infants are permitted in this area.

Masterclasses

Masterclass tickets are available for purchase online. If you wish to discuss your Masterclass ticket purchase with one of our team please email us at hello@wooddustaustralia.com. Masterclass tickets are specific to the Masterclass specified on the ticket. To start your Masterclass you must present your valid Masterclass ticket.

Yarns at the Q

Tickets to the lecture series Yarns at the Q are for specified dates. To attend Yarns at the Q you must present your valid ticket at the door. Seating for Yarns at the Q is not allocated.

Ticket payment options

Avoid queues and save money by purchasing your tickets directly online via the Wood Dust website via the secure payment gateway provided by Shopify. Tickets may also be purchased at the main gate at the Timber and Tool Marketplace. Tickets to the Timber and Tool Marketplace purchased online are offered at a discount rate, tickets purchased at the gate will not be discounted except for Second Day tickets to the Timber and Tool Marketplace (as per the conditions stated above). Visit our Program page to learn more about ticket pricing. Individuals who pre-purchase tickets online will be checked in to each event via a pre-purchased ticket lane. A Wood Dust Timber and Tool Marketplace ticket is for entry on a single day.  Timber and Tool Marketplace and Yarns at the Q tickets are for the use of one person, once only and cannot be shared. As stated above Masterclass tickets are available for purchase online only.

Purchasing tickets online

You must have a valid email address to purchase tickets online. To purchase simply click on the BUY TICKETS button on the product page or on the relevant Program pages. Tickets will be added to the Cart which can be accessed via the tab on the right hand side of the browser window. You can add or subtract ticket quantities within the Cart. Clicking CHECKOUT on the Cart will redirect you to our secure Shopify checkout. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard or Amex credit and debit cards or PayPal. Digital tickets will be issued via email. Tickets can be added to your smartphone wallet or passbook. PDF tickets can be printed and brought to the festival. Digital or printed tickets must be presented for entry to any Woo Dust event. Ticket confirmation emails are not valid for entry. All tickets are single use only.

Tickets purchased at the event

Tickets may be purchased at the main gate at the Timber and Tool Marketplace and at the Q Theatre for Yarns at the Q. Tickets purchased at the event gates will not be discounted except Second Day tickets to the Timber and Tool Marketplace (as per the conditions stated above). Tickets may be purchased using card or cash. Cash purchases will not be issued with a receipt. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Tickets

We reserve the right to charge a fee for the replacement of lost, destroyed or stolen tickets. Please treat your ticket as you would money or other valuables.

Privacy & Shopify Terms & Conditions

Information Management

  1. When purchasing from Shopify, as part of the buying and selling process, Shopify collects the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
  2. When you browse our store, Shopify automatically receives your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps Shopify learn about your browser and operating system.
  3. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, Shopify may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Consent

  1. When you provide Shopify with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, Shopify assumes that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
  2. If Shopify asks for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, Shopify will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Disclosure

  1. Shopify may disclose your personal information if Shopify are required by law to do so or if you violate Shopify’s Terms of Service.

Shopify Operations and Payments

  1. Our Shopify store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide Shopify with the online e-commerce platform that allows Shopify to sell products and services to you.
  2. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Shopify Inc stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
  3. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
  4. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
  5. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by Shopify and its service providers.

Shopify—Third Party Services

  1. In general, the third-party providers used by Shopify will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to Shopify.
  2. Certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information Shopify are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
  3. For these providers, Shopify recommends that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

Security

  1. To protect your personal information, Shopify take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
  2. If you provide Shopify with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, Shopify follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
  3. Cookies – Here is a list of cookies that Shopify uses. Shopify has listed them here so you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
  • _session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
  • _shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by Shopify’s website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
  • _shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
  • cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
  • _secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
  • storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

Age of consent

  1. By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given Shopify your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Changes to this policy

Camping Terms & Conditions

for Customers, Patrons and Visitors

 

These Camping sites are sold by Craft Media Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 85 622 316 214) who are responsible for the Wood Dust Event. The following conditions are for the sale (including any resale or subsequent assignment), entry and attendance at the camping site and the Event.

‘You’ and ‘your’ refers to the customer. ‘We’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘Wood Dust’, ‘Camping Manager’ and ‘Festival Management’ refers to Craft Media Australia Pty Ltd its employees, contractors, volunteers and authorised persons. This agreement means these terms and conditions and any other conditions specified by us on our website and booking forms.

IMPORTANT: All the terms and conditions of your Festival ticket shall apply to this camping ticket. Please read those conditions in conjunction with this camping ticket.

 

Tickets

  1. To purchase a Camping site during the Wood Dust Festival (17 – 21 October 2018) you must have previously purchased a Ticket to the Wood Dust Timber and Tool Marketplace. You cannot purchase a camping ticket without having a Wood Dust Festival ticket. These are available ONLINE ONLY.
  2. Camping tickets are separate to Wood Dust event tickets. You will need two tickets, one to camp and one to gain entry to the festival.
  3. Camping tickets are sold per person. Camping tickets are not transferable; you cannot share it with other people.
  4. Camping tickets are exchanged for Wristbands which are non-transferable and must be worn at all times for the duration of the festival. This Wristband is additional to the one worn for entry to the Timber and Tool Marketplace.
  5. Once a wristband is removed it becomes void. Stretched or damaged wristbands will not be replaced or accepted as valid and we reserve the right to refuse entry to the festival or eject you from the site. Failure to observe the rules regarding Wristbands may result in you being ejected from the festival.
  6. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
  7. Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Festival Management be resold at a premium or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods and services. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket will be refused admission.

Camping Sites

  1. To book a Camping Site email your requirements to hello@wooddustaustralia.com. Camping Sites we be allocated from 1 April 2018. Both Powered and Non-Powered Campsites are available. Camping sites are limited, Wood Dust Festival Management does not guarantee availability of camp sites. Camp sites will be allocated on a first-in basis. You may pay for your campsite in advance or on arrival.
  2. Camping sites are allocated by camping staff on arrival. Each person must have their own photo ID and Wood Dust Timber and Tool Marketplace Ticket ready to present to Wood Dust camping staff – NO TICKET – NO CAMPSITE. You are not able to save spots for friends. If you intend to camp alongside friends you must meet up beforehand and arrive together. Please remain with your car & tent until you have been registered.
  3. You do not have an unlimited amount of space for your camp setup, a reasonable sized tent for the amount of people staying in that tent only, will be allowed. eg: four adults camping then a 6-person tent is deemed reasonable. Please email the office at hello@wooddustaustralia.com if you are unsure whether your tent setup is suitable.

Vehicles, arrivals and departures

  1. All campers with vehicles must arrive before 8.30am or after 5.30pm on the days of the Wood Dust Timber and Tool Marketplace 20 – 21 October 2018. Your vehicle will not be granted access to the campsite between 8.30am and 5.30pm on the 20 – 21 October 2018. If your booking is valid, you are welcome to arrive on any day before the 20 October 2018. If you arrive before the 20 October we request you do not enter the main Festival area whilst setup is occurring. Access to the main Festival Area is limited and monitored. If you enter the main Festival site at any time on the 18 – 19 and the 22 October 2018 or before 9.00am on the 20 or 21 October 2018, or after 5.00pm on the 20 – 21 October 2018, Festival Management reserves the right to cancel your Camping Pass and Wood Dust Ticket and eject you from the site without refund. You must depart the campsite by 10am on the day the ticket becomes invalid.
  2. Due to limited access to/from the campsite and to avoid traffic congestion, only one vehicle may be parked next to your tent – car pooling is advised. Vehicles will not be allowed to come and go from the campground on the 20 – 21 October 2018. If you do need to move your vehicle for any reason, you will not be able to bring it back inside the campground, at which point you will be directed to park your vehicle in the Wood Dust car park. You may re-enter the campground with your vehicle on the day your camping ticket expires to pack up and leave the site on the 20 or 21 October 2018 but not between the hours of 8.30am or 5.30pm at the direction of the Campsite Manager or Festival Management.
  3. On departure of the campsite please make sure all your belongings, camping equipment and vehicles are removed.
  4. There is an extra charge for Winnebagos, caravans, camper trailers and campervans longer than 6 meters due to the extra space they require. Contact Festival Management to find out more at hello@wooddustaustralia.com

Exclusions and restrictions

  1. No overnight camping allowed in the wood dust carpark. No campervans or wicked vans will be allowed overnight in the car park; if you want to camp onsite you must buy a camping ticket or stay at a campsite nearby. The car parks are patrolled hourly; any attempt to camp overnight without a ticket will result in a fine.
  2. Animals are not permitted on the camping or event grounds unless approved by the Camping Manager.
  3. Open fires are not permitted. We have Fire Marshalls on site that will be checking your setup to ensure safety. We do allow gas burners for cooking and gas bbq’s. Alternatively use the campsite Camp Kitchen.
  4. The use of fireworks in the campground or festival site is strictly prohibited. Any person using fireworks will be ejected from the campground and the festival.
  5. No drums are allowed in the camping area. No excessive noise and amplified music after 11.00pm.
  6. Please respect the site and your fellow campers. Any unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in your removal from the site.
  7. 24 hour security is on hand to ensure the safety and amenity of all campers. Security personnel will undertake regular patrols of the camping area.
  8. Festival Management or the venue shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, injury or damages sustained entering, or on the site. Don’t leave valuables in your tent. Lock them out of sight in your car, or even better, do not bring laptops, jewellery or expensive items to the Festival – do you really need them?

Environment

  1. Wood Dust is an all weather Festival. The Festival and camping will go ahead Rain, Hail or Shine.24. Craft Media Australia Pty Ltd cares for the environment and community. Please be respectful and place any litter in the recycle or other bins provided around the venue. Be waste and water wise – thank you.

  1. All ONSITE Camping enquiries at the festival should be directed to the Camping Manager at the Enquiries Office located at the Camping Ground.

Information for People With Disability

 

Wood Dust Facilities and Services Available

The Wood Dust Festival welcomes patrons with disability. The Masterclasses and Yarns at the Q events are both held in facilities with ground level, flat paved access. Please Note: there is a maximum of 2 wheelchair places available at The Queanbeyan Performing Arts Centre Main Conference Hall. Please contact Festival Management at hello@wooddustaustralia.com for more information. Wood Dust operates on a first-in-best-dressed approach. The Timber and Tool Marketplace is held at the Bungendore Showgrounds where the terrain is flat with either grass, gravel or paved surfaces. Please be aware that during busy periods and when it rains, pathways can become tricky to negotiate for people who use wheelchairs or other mobility aids. If you are bringing a wheelchair for the event make sure you have a wheelchair with suitable wheels and tyres. Please read the following information carefully. If your questions have not been answered our contact details can be found at the end of this document.

Parking at all venues

Wood Dust offers parking services for all of our day visitors including people with a disability. All parking is either on grass with a gravel approach or paved. Our designated parking areas for patrons with a disability must display a Disability Parking Permit.

Bus

If you are arriving by bus to the Timber and Tool Marketplace, the bus drop-off is at the festival’s main gate located next to the Ticket office.

Toilets

Accessible toilets are strategically located at all the festival venues. You can find them close to all patron toilet locations. We strive to keep these areas clean and sanitary to the best of our ability.

Carers

Wood Dust honours the Companion Card system. If you come with a Carer and have a Companion Card, your Carer will receive a complimentary ticket for the Timber and Tool Marketplace for the same days as your purchased ticket. Carers with a Companion Card may purchase a concession ticket for Yarns at the Q. Carers may assist you if you choose to complete a Masterclass. Please note there is a limit of one Carer complimentary/concession/access ticket given each day. To receive your Carer’s ticket please go to the ticket office on arrival to the festival with your Companion Card and your Carer.

Assistance Dogs

We happily permit the use of Assistance Dogs within the festival and please respect other patrons by cleaning up after your dog.

Additional Information

First Aid is available at the Timber and Tool Marketplace and is located between Shed 1 and Shed 2 – to see our site map please visit the Program page on our website. Our onsite medics are equipped to provide first aid, minor injury care and resuscitation.

Festival Site Distances

The Timber and Tool Marketplace is spread over 3 hectares of the Bungendore Showgrounds. There are gravel and dirt paths throughout the site. The weather can significantly affect the ease of mobility around the site, so please take this into consideration when deciding on what equipment to bring with you. Please visit our Program Page to view the Timber and Tool Marketplace site map to gauge distances between exhibits. Approximate distances for the Dunstone Design Workshops and the Q Theatre to the Disability Parking are both less than 50 metres. Please note all distances are approximate and areas are subject to change.
